Let's talk
Games

From concept to playable: games built to be played, not to gather dust.

P3RRY builds games from scratch (art, mechanics, code, and publishing) plus gamification for products, campaigns, and training. We start with a playable prototype of the core loop, grow it in builds you test, and the source code and art are 100% yours.

A good idea that never became a game

The game is in your head (or in a giant document) and never became playable.

Your idea lives in a 40-page document and never turned into something you can pick up and play.

Scattered freelancers delivered art on one side and code on the other, and in the end nothing fits together.

You want to gamify a product or training, but "earning points" alone doesn't engage anyone.

Every studio quote is one giant black box, with no stages and no view of what you'll actually get.

How P3RRY builds

Fun comes first. Then we scale.

No sinking money into the whole game only to find out at the end whether it's fun. We validate the core loop early and grow it in builds you play.

01

Concept and prototype

We turn the idea into a lean game design and a playable prototype of the core (the core loop), so you feel the fun before scaling.

02

Art and identity

Art direction, characters, and a world with a look of its own, not generic store-bought assets.

03

Production in builds

The game grows in playable versions you test at every stage, with scope and deadline agreed phase by phase.

04

Publishing and post-launch

Final build, publishing to the stores or the web, and tweaks based on people who actually played.

Fun isn't promised in a slide deck. It's proven by playing, and the sooner the better.

What we do

From a full game to a game inside your product.

01

Mobile games

For iOS and Android, from casual to branded games, built to retain and entertain.

02

Web and HTML5 games

They run in the browser, no install, great for reach and quick activations.

03

Advergames

Branded games and playable campaigns that grab attention far better than a banner.

04

Gamification

Progression, reward, and challenge applied to a product, app, or training to drive real engagement.

05

Art, characters, and sound

Art direction, sprites, animation, and a soundtrack that give the game its identity.

06

Rapid prototyping

A playable version of your concept in no time, to test the idea before the full investment.

Who it's for

From brands that want engagement to people with a game idea.

Brands and agencies

Advergames and playable campaigns that hold attention far better than a banner and get people talking.

Creators and studios

You have the idea or the concept and need a team to take it from the page all the way to launch.

Education and training

Learning that sticks, with progression, challenge, and reward instead of slides.

Products and apps

Gamification to boost retention and engagement among people already using your product.

Why P3RRY

A software studio that also makes games, with the method of a team that delivers.

Fun validated early

A prototype of the core loop before investing in the whole game. You feel whether it's fun right away, not at the end.

One team, not scattered freelancers

Art, mechanics, and code under one roof, fitted together, with a single person accountable for the result.

Playable delivery, not slides

At every stage there's a build for you to actually play, not a promise in a slide deck.

The source code and art are yours

You keep the source code, the art, and the store accounts. The game is an asset you own, not a rental.

Lower risk

Start with a prototype and decide at every build.

Prototype first

Validate the fun of the core loop before investing in the whole game.

Scope by stage

You approve phase by phase, with deadline and price agreed in writing.

A build to play

At every stage there's something playable in your hands, not a promise.

Source code and art yours

Code, art, and store accounts stay in your name, always.

Just one prototype away

The idea already exists. It just needs to become something you can play.

You don't have to lock in the whole game today. The path is to validate the core loop first, in a prototype, and grow from what proves to be fun.

The questions before you start

What almost everyone asks.

How much does it cost to develop a game?
It varies a lot with the scope, the art style, and the platforms. That's why we almost always start with a lean prototype of the game's core loop, to validate the fun and the investment before scaling. The quote is in writing and stage by stage, no black box.
Which platforms do you build for?
Mobile (iOS and Android), web and HTML5, and PC depending on the project. The platform is decided during the concept phase, based on your audience and the goal of the game.
Do you do gamification, not just full games?
Yes. We apply game mechanics (progression, reward, challenge) to products, apps, campaigns, and training to drive real engagement, not just hand out meaningless points.
I already have the idea or part of the art. Can you use it?
Yes. We pick up wherever you are (an idea, a game design doc, partial art) and fill in what's missing: mechanics, code, the rest of the art, and publishing.
Can I publish to the stores?
Yes. We handle the final build and the publishing process (mobile stores or web), and the accounts and source code stay in your name. You own the game and the art.
Let's get it off the ground

Got a game idea, or want to gamify something? Let's prototype it.

Tell us the idea in a few lines. We'll chat for free and come back with a direction: the game's core loop, a prototype path, and the scope by stages. No commitment.

First chat is free. Source code, art, and store accounts always in your name.
