Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026.
1. Who this applies to
Everyone who uses the website, the panel, the client portal or a system built and maintained by P3RRY. It also covers the people you grant access to.
2. What is not allowed
Against the law or against others
- Committing or enabling an unlawful act, fraud or scam
- Publishing or transmitting content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or image rights
- Processing other people's personal data without a legal basis, or contrary to the LGPD
- Harassing, threatening, defaming or discriminating
- Sexual content involving minors, or advocacy of violence or crime
Against the system
- Trying to reach an area, account or data that is not yours
- Probing for vulnerabilities, scanning ports or reverse engineering without written authorisation
- Introducing viruses, malicious code or anything that degrades the service
- Automating access, mass-scraping content or generating load capable of taking the service down
- Sharing credentials, reselling access or bypassing contracted usage limits
- Removing authorship notices, verification seals or audit records
In messaging campaigns
Anyone using our messaging systems takes on extra responsibility, because the harm here falls on the recipient:
- Sending to people who did not ask to receive. A consented contact base is required
- Ignoring opt-out requests. Unsubscribing must work and must be honoured
- Using misleading content, phishing, or impersonating another company or public body
- Breaching the rules of the platform used, such as WhatsApp and Meta policies
Number blocking, quality limitation or bans applied by the platform because of your content or your contact base are the responsibility of whoever sends.
3. If something is breached
Depending on severity and what the contract provides, we may: ask for correction within a set period; suspend access or the specific feature; or, in serious or repeated cases, terminate the service.
Where there is imminent risk of harm, to security, to third parties or to service continuity, suspension may be immediate, with notice given afterwards.
4. Found a security flaw?
Tell us through Support before disclosing it. Do not expose other people's data while testing, do not degrade the service and do not use the flaw for gain. Good-faith research, reported to us first, will not be treated as a breach of this policy.
5. Relationship with the contract
This policy complements the Terms of Use and each project's contract. In case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.
